Shipping policy

Please note that once your order has been processed and dispatched within our standard 2–5 working day timeframe, it is handed over to Royal Mail for delivery. From this point onward, Royal Mail is fully responsible for the handling and delivery of the parcel. Any delivery updates, delays, or issues must be addressed directly with Royal Mail, as we no longer have control over the parcel once it has been transferred to their service.
